BBQ Banana Tip

Because BBQ season is finally here I just thought I would pop this simple idea into your head - I hope you give it a try!

There is nothing simpler to cook for dessert than this.

Pop a whole closed banana on the BBQ embers and just leave it until it is charred and burnt all over.

Prise the banana open and you get the lovely sweet gooey dessert you see in my photo.

It's delicious as it is or you can ladle over some cream, top with some ice cream or dig out some salted caramel sauce and away you go!
