It, unfortunately, is becoming frustrating routine in Australia. Holiday or short trip is booked, one of the states, cities or regions goes into lockdown, holiday or short trip is re-scheduled, again! Melbourne is in lockdown, again. So, I thought, what could be better than duck and hearty Yarra Valley Shiraz to cheer us up! Hence, yesterday's dinner. Pan fried duck fillets with roasted potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, corn and Whisky caramelized carrots!
