Black Pudding & Sharp Cheddar Potato Cakes - Breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day, but often the tastiest! That’s why I really enjoyed chowing down on these beauties, and to top it all they’re made out of leftovers from the fridge (as most great things should be.).
One thing that I’m learning in my Quarantine Caravan Kitchen (QCK🤔)
is that we need to invoke the “Blitz Spirit”, thankfully without all those pesky bombs. So I’m going to focus on recipes that may have one foot in tradition, but if I don’t have all the ingredients I’m going to do what us Brits do best, and “Make do & mend”.
Thanks for reading this nonsense, I’m finding it quite cathartic & maybe it’ll stop me going completely mad on my own in a caravan for 12 weeks away from my family!! 👍🏻
