Boost your immune system to fight covid19

It's easier than you think.

I have a close family member who is in charge of our covid19 ICU at our local hospital. She passed this information on to us so that we could build up our immune systems to help fight off covid19. She told us that this is what the staff at the hospital are doing to lower their chances of catching covid19, or help fight it if you do catch it. This is also part of the treatment they use for people who are infected with this virus.

First up a good daily vitamin, which we should be doing anyway. Next is some good old vitamin C, either by taking a supplement pill or drinking twelve ounces of orange juice a day. I chose to drink the orange juice. You also need a supplement of Zinc, 50mg a day. Lastly some vitamin D, 2000iu is recommended. If you can get any these in gummy form is even better because it enters the blood stream faster, plus it tastes better as well.

I thought I would pass this information on to you all in hopes that it helps you. In these times we need all the help we can get. Take care of yourselves and be safe out there. Always remember, I love you Foodtribe!

  • Thanks for sharing this. I started on zinc and drank plenty of Oj when I had covid. I really think that helped me get over it better than I would have without. Hubby has it and has been taking it also and is doing better.
