A Large casserole for a family of 6-7 people with leftovers.

Ingredients
- 24 eggs
- Bacon
- Breakfast sausage (probably at least 4 or 5 packs/boxes)
- Cheese
- Bisquick batter mix
Instructions
- Chop up the sausage, let brown in frying pan
- Cook bacon to perfection
- Beat and scramble eggs in a pan
- mix everything together in a casserole dish (large enough to hold everything)
- Add the cheese
- When ready to cook, prepare the Bisquick mix and then pour on top of the mix
- Let the Bisquick cook to proper cooking measures
- Let cool and serve
