Breakfast today is bacon and sausages from Diddly Squat Farm Shop. The sausages were very good, typical of a good butchers quality. The bacon though is perhaps the best we've eaten. Delicious!

  • I'm jealous! It's hard to find proper bangers and rashers here in the USA. Typically when you do find decent ones, they've been deep frozen and shipped over.

    • Now there's a project. All you need is a mincer, some salt petre and sausage casings (all from Amazon) and you have everything to make your own. "Battersbys Bangers" 😃
