Brunch: Fried potatoes

As a person who really don't like wasting food, today for brunch I've prepared fried potatoes (which I had in my fridge from yesterday). with onion, homegrown chives and herbs. Quite good and tasty dish! 👍

    • This time added potatoes seasoning mix, but when I don't have it I usually use a bit of curry, garlic powder ( you can use clove of garlic, if you aren't in hurry), salt, pepper, chilli, turmeric with 1 tablespoon of oil.
