#burgerchallenge Cuban burger
Doug F here is prepared Cuban Burger by me 😁
Okay, so as I have promised before there is my recreated "Cuban Burger" a bit in my way because of pickled cucumbers, which has been posted by Doug F ( also know to everybody as Burger God and Willy Wonka of Burgers) 👇
To be honest, I had a hard way to choose which burger I wanted to prepare, because all of them were so wonderful and very creative 😄. Did some recognition, checked what ingredients I had in my fridge and unexpectedly had enough ingredients to prepare "Cuban Burger"
Soul of burger
I used wheat roll ( kaiser roll), homemade habanero pickled cucumbers, ham, cheese, minced prok, garlic,salt, some pepper and spicy mustard. I didn't have cumin ( so I had to live without it 😂) what's more I prepared also homemade fries (because I wanted one big proper meal) which I served with spicy ketchup.
We really enjoyed that burger, full of flavours a bit spicy (love that), meat was very juicy and need to say it was interesting combination especially with ham because I have never eaten before burger with ham inside 👍

Looks great! I have put together my list of burgers that I want to make but I haven't decided which one is for this competition. Such a tough decision since I was going to go with the one where I already had the ingredients but it looks like I will have to go shopping no matter what so now it's like, which one do I want to eat first! Either way, today is the day at least one of them gets made. I am surprised you are the first, I thought we would all have more competition here...
