Left in buttermilk overnight, drained, floured, egg dip then cornflakes. Its basically southern fried chicken but baked instead of frying

schwartz spices for definite. I used paprika,smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, touch of chilli powder, himalayan pink rock salt and freshly ground black pepper adjust to your own preference. Plain flour, and I used kellogs cornflakes.
