Caffè Nero launches new vegan menu
If your Veganuary is well underway, here's an extra treat to get you through the month
Happy New Year and Happy new vegan menu! Caffè Nero has just launched a vegan croissant and a whole new vegan menu. It might have made our 2020 already.
Nero's seems to have opted for a breakfast alternative, unlike other chains such as McDonald's 'Veggie Dippers' and Gregg's 'Vegan Steak Bake', meaning those continuing or beginning their vegan journey can still have a delicious breakfast treat.
Although, to be honest, we wouldn't judge you for eating a steak bake for brekkie...
Launching on 8 January, croissants aren't the only new item featuring on Nero's vegan menu. Joining them: vegan sausage rolls, vegan 'meatball' panini, vegan soups, salads and even vegan porridge! A true banquet.
Caffè Nero CEO Will Stratton-Morris said, "We're committed to offering our customers more choices and the deliciously good food they deserve, whether that is an indulgent treat or a hearty lunch.
This menu is not only perfect for those following a vegan diet or purposely trying to reduce their meat intake, in fact, the products are such high quality that you wouldn't know they were vegan."
So if veganism is your new challenge for this month, or a whole lifestyle change, you certainly won't be missing out.
