You can have cheesesteak hash for breakfast the next day. First of all I ditched the bread. I took some frozen hash browns and started frying them up with some onion. Once they are almost done slide them over to one side of your skillet and crack open a couple of eggs. Take your leftover cheesesteak and crumble it over the top of the hash browns. The cheesesteak only needs warmed a bit since it was already cooked, if needed add additional cheese. This was so good that I would about make sure I always have leftover cheesesteak just to have this!
