  • When you 'rice' the cauliflower, is that you blitzing it in a food processor? Do you squeeze the excess liquid out at that stage? Or does your method not require it? It has been the main 'can't be bothered' thing about cauliflower pizza bases that has been stopping me from trying πŸ˜‚ though have recently seen store bought versions but have yet to try. It does look very good. What is the crust flavour like? How cauliflowery is it? (Last question for a friend πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‰)

    • Yes, I just blitzed the cauliflower in the food processor! The recipe I used didn’t have any instruction to squeeze out the water and it turned out fine. The flavor is vaguely cauliflowery but not overpoweringly so. If you’re not a fan of...
