A short history of cebularze: cebularze (cebularz is the singular form) come from Jewish cuisine and are made with diced onion and poppy seeds. In Poland, cebularze are characteristic of Lublin cuisine. They were firstly sold in Lublin Old Town before World War II, and were well known.

I hadn't got any poppy seeds, so I decided to prepare cebularze with diced onion and cheese. I usually do things my way, so don't be suprised ,it's a good way to experiment πŸ€·β€β™‚
