A short history of cebularze: cebularze (cebularz is the singular form) come from Jewish cuisine and are made with diced onion and poppy seeds. In Poland, cebularze are characteristic of Lublin cuisine. They were firstly sold in Lublin Old Town before World War II, and were well known.
I hadn't got any poppy seeds, so I decided to prepare cebularze with diced onion and cheese. I usually do things my way, so don't be suprised ,it's a good way to experiment 🤷♂
Haaa...okay, I think it's nothing special just pancake with onion and cheese 😂 when I was a kid I usually ate version with onion and poppy seeds but there were too much poppy seeds and not enough onion..sooo I did them on my own 😄
