Ahh the key to my heart. And by key I mean the key to a corned beef tin. Though this one doesn't have that well-known key as Hereford's can, this has been my go-to corned beef. Comes in various flavours but I always opt for this light one as it doesn't have a big blog of fat. The other ones that they have are also very good though especially the one with chili if you like a bit of a kick. Last time I made corned beef, I substituted potatoes with cabbage but I was craving hash with potatoes. I think what's great about corned beef is that you can really throw in whatever ingredients you want and it'll turn out good! And although this one already has potatoes, it's always best to eat it with some hot steamed rice.

This is soooo weird! Had this with the addition of bell peppers and mushrooms (instead of the spuds) with mac and cheese last night! Post to follow.
