It is normal in the Philippines to find small eateries built just in front of a house or garage, and most of them are not only cheap but also very tasty and visited by many. just like what I ate today when we visited a relative in Santolan, Pasig City Philippines

Goto sa garahe (Congee in garage) has been operating since 2002 and Goto or Filipino Style Congee with Oxtripe, and the savory Tokwa't Baboy are some of their bestsellers. I also tried their Palabok noodles and I was not disappointed, as it was one of the best Palabok that I have ever tasted.

Pancit Palabok is a noodle dish with shrimp sauce and topped with a shrimp-based sauce dyed in bright orange with annatto seeds, several ingredients such as cooked shrimp, boiled or fried pork, crushed chicharon, tinapa flakes, fried tofu, scallions, fried garlic and hard boiled egg. A very tasty treat that is sure to relieve your hunger.

Tokwa't Baboy is a dish composed of boiled or fried pork (either or both pig’s ears and pork belly usually) and fried tofu. The sauce made of vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and onion gives life to this dish.
