Cheeseburger soup!

A favorite of mine during the colder month. It’s a thick and hearty soup that you can toss in a crock pot; and it’ll make enough soup for a few days worth.

Normally use real beef, but thought I’d try the faux beef...it was ok, I think the real stuff is a bit better, but you can definitely use either.

This also should have been topped with bacon crumbles; but was literally distracted by a marching band passing my apartment and I burned it in the pan while at the door 😬
