Cheesesteaks Done the Right Way; With Room On the Griddle!
I finally got to cook cheesesteaks on the griddle!
Yep! I've done cheesesteaks before and shown them off on FoodTribe. But I finally got the opportunity to cook them on my Blackstone griddle, and it was awesome! I used to cook my cheesesteaks on a stainless steal grill insert that got the job done, but it was a cramped cooking surface and it was not fun to clean! Temperature control was also a pain because I had to wait for the insert to heat up over a long wait. Using the Blackstone griddle, I had tons of room to work, and afterwards it was easy to clean up. Temperature control isn't an issue as the griddle gets HOT! Cooking the cheesesteaks up on the griddle took my back to my experience as a cook slinging cheesesteaks at a Philly Connection during college. I'm so glad to have the right tool to cook up a cheesesteak the right way!

And the finished product was soooooooo good! I topped mine with white American cheese, Duke's mayonnaise, and Cento Hot Pepper Relish. I'm getting hungry just thinking about my cheesesteak!
