Ingredients:

1 cup of hot (90 * C) strong coffee or espresso

1 tablespoon of coconut milk fat

1 tablespoon coconut oil

3 tsp agar agar 1200 or 4 tsp agar agar 900

Cooking:

Mix the above ingredients until smooth, you can use a hand blender.

Then pour it into a silicone mold (you can cut it after everything has set and hardens), then cool for 2-3 hours.

You can sprinkle with coconut sugar!
