My grandma's tuna casserole was awesome. It wasn't anything exciting but it had to be the love that went into it. She used egg noodles, tuna, cream of mushroom, butter and grated parm, then baked. Her tuna casserole was so good that when my cousin found out he was allergic to mushrooms, he didn't tell her. After she found out that he was allergic to mushrooms she switched to cream of celery and it was just as good. My mother would get so mad that she could not make it like my Grandma. She used the same ingredients and had even watched her make it!
