2 garlic cloves
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Remove cucumber seeds and cut to 5mm slices, add salt and mix, set aside for 25 min.
Prepare sauce with cut chilis and garlic, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1/3 spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar and 1 spoon of sesame oil. Adjust to own taste and liking.
Give the cucumber a good squeeze and pour away the excess liquid. Add in sauce and mix well.
