Well, cheesecake is easy. You know it. So I wanna talk about Panforte. It is a traditional Italian cake, widely popular in Tuscany but it actually originated in Turkey. Mind you, we're talking about a thousand years ago. The recipe has been molded and modified but it has been the same for centuries. Panforte is made with nuts, sugar and honey, and (sometimes candied) fruits. What did you eat today? Happy Christmas, by the way!
