Comfort food! There are days when nothing satisfies more than a traditional meal. Aloo Gobhi (Cauliflower with potatoes), Beetroot Komchimbir (beetroot salad with yogurt, crushed peanuts and green chillies) and chapati!

  • Hahaha, the dreaded comment! “Healthy”... but, yes it is indeed quite healthy! As it is with most home-cooked Indian fare. Very little oil, moderate use of spices and lots of vegetables!
