Everyone has an essential they can't live without. Mine is orange juice. I admit that I bought 3 bottles of this 100% orange juice concentrate yesterday. Sorry. Truth be told, life remains unchanged here in Brazil, but I know some of you are already struggling to find basic supplies at your local store. That got me curious... I know you're not buying hundreds toilet paper because you're all sane, but what ARE you buying or have bought to prep for quarantine? Let me know below. 🖖😷

  • Funny story that's completely unrelated. With the kids food allergies we buy fortified orange juice. Particularly the one with calcium and promote lots of orange juice drinking. Once Chase drank so much orange juice that he started to turn orange. There is a small amount of beta carotene in orange juice so the only think the doctors could come up with was carotenosis. Cut down on the orange juice and orangeness went away.

    • Here's the proof: orange juice is more dangerous than beer 😂 I mean, nobody has ever turned orange from drinking beer!

  • Been at Costco for normal stuff, they aren't stock-strained at the moment, I recommend going there for supplies until this whole thing blows over and normal supermarkets are functioning

  • Flour to make bread , dryed goods such as beans and lentils , I’m avoiding supermarkets and buying all fresh ingredients at open air markets, well that’s what I always do 😉 we have an amazing market with fresh fish, poultry, meat, vegetables and fruit , ill make a foto and post here.

To everyone please stay safe and eat fresh food !!!

  • There’s nothing to buy! Some stores have lines out the door of people waiting to buy nothing. Shelves are empty.

    • Oh, no! Do you have anything stocked at home?
