Couple of days ago I was going through Gordon Ramsey's videos on YouTube and came across his Scramble eggs recipe. He calls it perfect Saturday breakfast. Well, it's Saturday, it's breakfast time (and Lockdown, again) in Melbourne. So, I'm having it now. Two things I did differently. As well as creme fraiche, I add a bit of blue cheese, like our own, King Island Roaring 40s and I use green part of spring onions instead of chives.
