Anmitsu is traditional Japanese Sweet. Main ingredients are: small cube of agar jelly, anko, or sweet red bean paste, boiled peas, fruits, and black syrup called "kuro mitsu". When you add icecream, we call it "Cream Anmitsu". I don't like agar jelly. So instead, I added Milk Macha Mochi in this video. Enjoy!
