Crispy Chicken with Beet-Greek Salad & Balsamic-Fig Vinaigrette.
I would be happy to get tips from FT for your best salad recipe too.
My easy BEET-GREEK SALAD :
1 boiled Potato
1 boiled Beetroot
1 medium size Onion
Handful cooked Quinoa
Handful Feta Cheese
Handful green Peas
3 Tbsp Chickpea (I have used canned)
Seasoning (salt, black Pepper, lemon juice and a dash of balsamic)
I got this delicious variety of balsamic with a hint of fig from the store. To that I added some cranberry sauce and hot sauce. It turned out to be the best tangy and spicy sauce to go with the crispy chicken and Beet-Greek Salad
