Cuban Sandwich, anyone?

​If you have never had a Cuban sandwich then you need to change that. You seriously do not know what you are missing. Usually you start with a pork roast that has been seasoned a certain way but this one was made with some leftover pork chops and it really was just as good! Anyways, you have pork, ham, swiss cheese, dill pickles, yellow mustard and you are suppose to use a Cuban bread but hey I'm in Ohio, do you really think I'm going to find Cuban bread? Do that butter grill press action in your skillet, for that nice buttery crunch. Oh yeah! Even eating it cold the next day is good...lol
