In a shock revelation this week it was claimed that not much actually works with beans. Especially brown sauce.
I think the secret as always is "less is more". Just the right amount of Garam Masala and an even smaller pinch of medium heat curry power is the secret.

- Garam Masala
- Mild Curry Power
- Dispense Beans into microwave proof dish. Add a level tea spoon of Garam Masala to the Beans. Add just a quarter of a tea spoon of Mild Curry Power. Stir thoughtfully.
- Microwave for about 3 minutes stirring half way.
