Did you know there are actually four different types of chocolate?

I went to the Chocolate Museum in Zagreb where I discovered that there are actually four types of chocolate: milk, white, dark and ruby. Feel free to call me a fool if you actually already knew about Ruby chocolate. It was apparently invented in 2004, but it was only revealed to the world in 2017 by a Belgian-Swiss cocoa company. It’s reddish in colour, and sour in taste with unfermented cocoa beans. Have you ever tried it?

  • Ruby chocolate is really good, an easy way to try some is to get some Kit Kat ruby bites. 😉

  • Whoever patented ruby chocolate had a great commercial eye because in Brasil you can buy cacao pulp juice which tastes like white chocolate with a tart berry. When I tried the pink chocolate it reminded me of the cacao juice 😅.
