Disney shares Ratatouille Champagne cocktail recipe perfect for Valentine's Day
You'll be looking for excuses to serve this up at every occasion!
For many of us, Disney films characterised our childhood, and of those films, Ratatouille was one film that truly stood out.
Whether it be the heartwarming plot of a talented gastronome rat helping an inexperienced young man become a chef or the beautiful visuals of a bustling Parisian restaurant kitchen near the Seine, it is no question that the film is enjoyed by everyone who is lucky enough to experience it. However, some of the supporting characters - namely, the badass Colette - shaped the film into a true success and a classic that transcends time.
To celebrate her character, the Disney Parks Blog has shared the recipe for a refreshing and full-bodied cocktail with a mix of liqueur, vodka, champagne, and crème de cassis, that reflects Colette in every way.

Wait, what? This did NOT feature in the film, or I would have loved it even more than I do right now! Ratatouille is one of my all time favourites and one that indirectly got me posting on FT!
