I inherited a lot of ministry of food leaflets and wartime cookbooks from my great grandparents that I adapt the recipes for alot as well as using foodtribe and more modern cook books that I use as well.
The one recipie from the ministry of food leaflets, or maybe the potato pete leaflet is a recipie called potatoe piglets. Its basically a jacket potato, made to look like a piglet. It's really cute for when I'm babysitting, easy and cheap....
I have lots of cookbooks but I also use the internet. I guess you can say I collect them, but I never really go strictly by them. I’m always throwing my own flare into it. I like them all, and I really can’t pick just one favorite. I have an old one that my mom gave me years ago that I seem to get ideas from the most.
I get recipes from both cookbooks and the Internet. I have older cookbooks from the grandmother and mother, and the recipes are so classic and simple. The internet is great for more adventurous recipes and flavors. So, both 😊

It is always a possibility. 😁

Do you have a favourite from those cookbooks or a recipient you never plan on adapting?
