I have the 8 quart Instant Pot Ultra and I have owned this now for a little over a year. I use it once a week to once every couple of weeks. First learning to use this can be a bit intimidating. I have only used a few of the cooking options. I have used the pressure cook(of course, it's the main reason you buy this thing), slow cook, sauté, and rice functions. Some models do not have the knob like mine and there is just buttons for everything. It is nice to brown your meat in this and then pressure cook it without having to get anything else dirty. For those of you that have seen my butter chicken pasta post this is what it was cooked in. After I bought my Instant Pot I got rid of one of my crockpots and my rice cooker since this can take the place of those items. There is really no need in using even the slow cooker option since you can put a roast and broth in and have dinner in about half an hour. Tell me, do you have an Instant Pot or equivalent?
