I wanted to share this quick and easy recipe with you all here. However, because of some technical issues, I cannot upload the recipe. Sorry, I tried thrice. It got tedious as I had to write the entire recipe thrice. So just sharing the picture for now.

I use wine in 80% of my cooking. Mainly as a deglazer in the pan. Sometimes in a sauce
