Oh so tasty, the chuck roast had a nice fat marble to it, I seasoned it well, gave it a good sear and then slow cooked it in the oven for a few hours. After a while I added some garlic bouillon. When I had about an hour left I added in some baby carrots and red potatoes. So wonderful all the flavor that the carrots and potatoes took on!
