I thought it proper that my first post to BBQTRIBE be something different. Thinking something outside the box but on the grill(barbie). A while back Robert Percy had posted a recipe for ginger biscuits(link below) and that is the recipe I used except cooked on the grill. I also bought some fresh pineapple that I sprinkled with some cane sugar. On the barbie it goes! Get some nice grill marks for that amazing look and allows an extra sweetness. I took my glass broke up a cookie, vanilla ice cream and topped off with that grilled pineapple. Let me tell you what... This was amazing! You really should give this a go.
