Oh yes, dry rubbed slow cooked beef back ribs. These were oven baked, only because I can't reach my grill yet but were oh so good. I first applied some rice wine vinegar and then my dry rub. My dry rub is made up with cumin, dried garlic, salt, paprika, cayenne, oregano, ginger and dark brown sugar. A lot of goodness going on here and to top it off I basted it in butter. It has been a while since I have had beef ribs but it did remind me that I need to do this more often. I also made my jalapeno popper mac and cheese.
