Not quite Punjabi not quite Malaysian, somewhere inbetween
I do like to experiment with flavours and styles. Being in a creative mood the other day, I ended up mixing spices and ingredients, which resulted in this Punjabi/Malaysian crossover. The main looks like a tofu & vegetable dish, but is actually paneer and vegetables. The rest are, sweet and spicy carrot and pepper salad, vegtable spring rolls and garlic naan. All in all, not too heavy and actually pretty healthy.
