Easy chicken breast strips recipe
Easy, tasty... and they'll make you feel like you're eating out
I am not a fan of chicken. But as we all know, everything is good when it's fried – so I do like chicken breast strips. They are crunchy and tasty, and when teamed with a good beer, they can almost make you feel like you're at the pub...
I don't do them often, mostly because it takes time (and causes a lot of dirty dishes piled in the sink).
Anyway, this is my chicken breast strips recipe. Feel free to tell me how you do them in the comments!
Ingredients
Chicken breast (better if already sliced)
Eggs
Flour
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Frying oil (I prefer peanut oil – it is the best for frying)
Procedure
Chop the chicken breast into strips, roll them in flour, then dip them in the eggs (beaten, with a pinch of salt). Roll the strips in breadcrumbs and fry until they become golden and crunchy. Serve with potatoes or salad, or with any sauce you like! Hire someone to wash the dishes and enjoy your meal.
This is barely a recipe, it's such an easy meal to do. I like to keep it simple, but it's possible to customise the recipe by adding spices to the flour, etc. What's your recipe?

Noooo che fame!!! I'm hungry again!!!
Haaa! Now you see how I felt yesterday 😂😆
😂😂😂😂😂
Yep, my stepfather used to do something similar but he'd use the whole chicken, cut into pieces, obviously. It was delicious but, yes, my mother usually complained that the whole kitchen was in dire need of total renovation after he was done 😁 Wonder how many marriages have been saved by KFC... 😂
Hahahahaha I won't imagine the state of the kitchen after 😂😂
Sounds about how I would do it. Looks great!
Thank you! 😊
The most glorious form of chicken. Except for the chickens, obviously
Hahaha yeah chickens aren't really pleased with it 😂
Niceee😋
Thanks 😁
