I worked at a Chinese-Thai restaurant for many years, in which I consumed a lot of this soup. Most of the time I would have it on top of some fried rice with a bit of chili oil. Pretty tasty and easy to make. Handful of ingredients and about 15 minutes, you have soup. Let me know if you would be interested in the recipe.
