Hey Foodtribe I am back with some more goodness. This time from the very lovely Emilia Mig. A few days ago she posted this Belgian sauce with some good looking fries. She told me the ingredients and all I could think is "I need to try this." Knowing I had a burger and fries post coming I thought it was a great opportunity to give it a day in court. So into a bowl went some onion, ketchup, mayo. white vinegar and some salt. Sorry Emilia I do not like black pepper so I left that out, Please forgive me. Now of course I put some cayenne on my fries and it was time to eat. I am here to say this sauce is simple and good. While eating all I could think of is all the food I could put this sauce on. It would be good on a basic burger of course fries I am betting it would be great on a fish sandwich. Its a good all around sauce and I am glad I gave it a day in court because it will be made again. So go check out Emilia's post and give this sauce a shot. Have any of you tried Belgian sauce before? Tell me about it in the comments. Try new things you all. Don't eat the same stuff all the time. Remember I love you Foodtribe.

    • If you don't like black pepper for some reason that is truly understandable maybe you can use instead of it for example herbal pepper?
