Married couple Chroust-ovi brews amazing beers. They use good ingredients and good ideas. One of them was to look into Evolution of bread. Beer is a liquid bread so it´s logical. A rye IPA under that name smells like rye bread and malt, and tastes like cereals and malt. I would say I smelled wild strawberries and pine resin too. I love the bitterness and spiciness of the pint. The foam is like whipped cream. Oh, who needs dull bread when they can have this :-).
On the other hand, Chroust is a flying brewerey and they no longer produce this one. Fortunately Evolution of bread is still in beershops.
