EXPLORING GERMAN SUPERMARKETS: I found a new vegan cheese!
While in Edeka last week, I found this cheese!
Now, once I arrived at home, I got disappointed a bit, as I wanted to use it in my burger! However, it was not sliced (My fault, as I didn't read the label properly)!
1st test: Try it as it is!
I cut a small piece to try it, and quickly my disappointment goes away as it tastes amazing! And believe me, it's hard to find a good vegan cheese! :)
2nd test: On burger!
Here it goes on my Beyond burger!
Always with my favourite side, curly fries!
I kept it simple this time: vegan mayo, lettuce, onion & sriracha! It tasted good on the burger as well! This is going well :)
3rd test: Pizza!
Courgette, sweetcorn, mushrooms, smoked tofu, yellow peppers, onions and cheese!
And some basil from the balcony! :)
Not exactly a round shape, but this pizza tasted really good!
I really enjoyed this cheese and I'll definitely be buying it again!

Of course, it’s called veganz!
I think I've seen it on the shelves in one supermarket here, if I'm not mistaken. I'll give it a go on a pizza, if it's the same brand. Looks like my local Kashkaval cheese. 😊
I'd definitely try this. And I'm sure would have vegan cheese over Papa John's cheese.
