I found another vegan cheese to try!
When I found this at Rewe last week, I bought it without a second thought. I know already this brand and I'm keen to find a good vegan feta cheese. Now, in the package it doesn't mention anywhere that this is meant to be a feta cheese, but it definitely looks like one!
Taste test:
Evidently, I have to compare it with feta! Afterall is a cheese that I know very well :)
OK, so it does not taste like feta, it does not have that kick that feta has once you taste it! In comparison to Violife's white block (I'll leave a picture below), I prefer the violife. Don't take me wrong, I enjoyed it in a salad and with my meal, however the taste is not even close to a real feta! And if I can choose between Violifes and SimplyV vegan feta, I'd go with violife!

I just need to say, that smoked tofu in the last pic is the most irresistible slab of what I know to be tofu, I've ever seen
