Finally had some decent weather to fire up the new Kamado Joe Jr. Already obsessed. First up was a rump steak, medium-rare, chimichurri, asparagus and corn on the cob with Parmesan. Also popped a butternut squash in there as well. Delicious.

Looks lovely, I'm not sure about the squash I had one explode in my oven years ago and haven't braved them since.

I think it was too much water, the skin split even though the squash was cut in half and the flesh oozed. I will give it another try

True. The days are getting warmer. But I'd rather heat it up outside than in my kitchen making the whole place hot lol
