I spatchcock the chicken and then coated it in my creole seasoning. We usually fire cook foods with wood from fruit trees, this was just whatever we had laying around. Part of the veggies were some that just needed used up, like the orange bell pepper and broccoli. We always have onion but that was a leftover bit of red onion that we had. It also had some bacon as well, because we all know everything is better with bacon!
