First time cooking duck today...

Followed a recipe from Gressingham Duck's website, which was actually pretty simple. Always found the idea of duck intimidating, plus it's normally pretty expensive but lockdown has be bored and needing variety.

The experiment didn't go too badly, but I do look forward to eating out again.

(OK, I mainly miss the pub)

    • I've heard that too. Think it's harder doing the whole bird though - people assume it's the same as chicken but it needs different treatment
