Fish Finger Wraps With Rice And Sweet Chilli Sauce

Fish Finger Wraps With Rice And Sweet Chilli Sauce is a great snack and takes about 20 minutes to cook if you have some rice in the fridge or a pre-cooked packet of rice which is hiding in your kitchen cupboard, and if you have no Fish Goujons why not just use good old fish fingers.

WHAT YOU NEED

For 2 people

4 fish fingers

250 g of cooked rice

Oil Olive or sunflower

1/2 onion

Half a green or red pepper chopped or you can use frozen peppers

Sweet chilli sauce as you like

Soy sauce as you like

A sprinkle of garlic powder

A sprinkle of salt and pepper

2 Large herb or plain wraps

WHAT TO DO

Fish fingers

First fry your fish fingers in a drizzle of the oil or cook them in the oven.

Onions Peppers and Chilli and Salt and pepper

Now cut up your onion and add the chopped up peppers, add the garlic, chilli, salt ad pepper and fry together, once browned add the rice and mix, after a few minutes add a little soy sauce or as much as you like.

Once cooked place directly onto a large wrap add some sweet chilli sauce and enjoy.
