Today we talk about the air signs: Gemini, Libra and Aquarius. People with these star signs are often passionate, full of vitally, and hot-tempered.
Air signs tend to have difficulties with sleep and rest, memory and schedule. For these issues, it would be better to include the likes of half-steamed veggies, organic bread and hazelnuts in your diet.
And it would make sense to remove uncooked and raw food, root vegetables, food that contains yeast and refined, white sugar.
At the same time, air sign can suffer problems with the nervous system, and be lacking in some vitamins and minerals.
If blood circulation is slow, go for vegetable smoothies and sprouted seeds. Cereals may also help, including with ensuring those air signs keep their vitality, especially after eating.
Perhaps think about including the following in your diet: Ginkgo Biloba, ginger, black pepper, turmeric, yogurt. At the same time, reduce your consumption of red meat, fizzy drinks and pastries.
