INGREDIENTS makes 16 pockets
250g pork mince
1 tbsp shrimp roe
1/2 apple peeled and chopped
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese yellow wine
1 tbsp corn flour
spring onion stalks
deep-fried tofu pockets( Japanese and Chinese style)
METHOD
Mix pork mince with chopped apple, oyster sauce, soy sauce, yellow wine and corn flour
Soak spring onion stalks in hot water for 20 seconds, remove when soft
Stuff the mixed mince into the pockets, freely add in shrimp roes into the pockets
Tie the pocket with the spring onion stalks and steam for 20min
