Fourth of July Black & Blue Burgers with Stilton.

These were amazing (as I knew they would be) Just a little tomato, lettuce, Kewpie Mayo & that’s it! Bacon & Blue Cheese (Stilton) are the strong flavors here. These are 1/2 pound burgers. Yes, two patties on a (gluten free) sesame seed bun. Perfection.
